Overview

Advent Health Medical Group seeks two General Urologists to join our Urology team at our new hospital in Lake Nona, set to open in 2026. Join a growing healthcare system and collaborative team that will consist of three urologists with APP support. The position offers the chance to help build a dynamic urology practice from the ground up.

• Provide comprehensive general urological care to a diverse patient population
• Participate in rotating call coverage with practice colleagues at Advent Health Lake Nona
• Collaborate with hospital staff and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality care
• Help establish a robust urology service at a new facility

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Active FL license and DEA, or ability to obtain
• Strong commitment to patient‑centered care
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a new, team‑oriented environment

Lake Nona, FL – A state‑of‑the‑art hospital that will offer leading‑edge treatments to patients from Central Florida and around the globe. The new facility will open in 2026 with 80 beds, with room to expand to 320 and include services such as men’s health, bariatrics, neurology, cardiology, orthopedics and more.
