Rheumatologist

Four Squared Solutions is seeking a skilled and compassionate Rheumatologist to join our dynamic healthcare client in Central Florida. The ideal candidate will have completed their fellowship and/or a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of rheumatic diseases and conditions or completed fellowship. You will play a critical role in providing high‑quality patient care, engaging in clinical research, and contributing to the education of medical staff and patients.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with rheumatic diseases, including arthritis, lupus, and fibromyalgia.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and necessary diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and lifestyle recommendations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in clinical research and trials related to rheumatology.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding disease management and treatment options.
• Stay current with advancements in rheumatology and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical practices.

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certified in Rheumatology.
• Active medical license in the state of Florida (preferred but not required)
• Minimum of completed fellowship
• 1+ years of clinical experience in rheumatology (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
