Advent Health Medical Group (AHMG) Oncology & Hematology is seeking fellowship‑trained, team‑oriented hematologist/oncologists to join our well‑established practices throughout the Central Florida area. Our group has been serving the community for more than 20 years and continues to expand to meet the needs of a growing patient population.

• Opportunities include both primarily outpatient with inpatient rounding on call weekends.
• Our practices consist of experienced physicians and advanced practice providers, with access to infusion, radiation, surgical, and other specialty services within the Advent Health system.
• Physicians participate in multidisciplinary clinics, research, clinical trials (including Phase I), and daily tumor boards.
• The ideal candidate will have experience with malignant hematology, general hematology and oncology and opportunities to specialize in specific solid tumor sites.
• Shared call to promote work life balance.
• Practices are supported by nurse navigators, social workers, chaplaincy, pharmacy, nutrition, and other comprehensive services.
• Advent Health’s extensive Central Florida oncology network provides a collaborative, team‑centered atmosphere and a strong referral base.
• Advent Health is ranked by U.S. News & World Report among the top 50 in the nation for multiple specialties, including cancer.

• Board certification in Internal Medicine with subspecialty certification/eligibility in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology.
