Anesthesiologist

US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is actively seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist to join their growing practice with Advent Health in Orlando, Florida. Join a large, well-established, multispecialty anesthesia group providing a breadth of clinical experience from bread and butter to complex cardiothoracic and transplant procedures. This role offers an attractive compensation package with flexible call options and generous vacation time.

• Large, well-established, multispecialty anesthesia group
• Exclusive anesthesia provider throughout Central Florida including Orlando, Kissimmee, Celebration, Altamonte Springs, Winter Park, and East Orlando
• Outpatient surgical facilities
• Bread and butter to complex cardiothoracic and transplant procedures, cutting-edge neurosurgery, complex pediatric cases, premier orthopedic care for fractures, sports medicine and joint replacement, and over 8,000 annual labor and delivery procedures

Responsibilities

• Take on transplant call for additional compensation (for those interested)
• Option to take no call for less compensation, if desired

Compensation

• $560,000
• $50K sign-on bonus
• Incentive pay for adult liver transplant call

• 10 weeks per year vacation
• $2,500 CME allowance
• $10,000 relocation allowance

Shift & Schedule

• Full Time
• One weekday per week and 12 weekend calls per year
