About Us

Clermont Montessori Bilingual Academy is a warm, family-centered school committed to authentic Montessori practice, cultural fluency, and a joyful love of learning. We’re expanding our Primary team for the upcoming school year and are seeking a dedicated Primary Lead Teacher to guide a Montessori Children’s House (ages 3–6) community.

Your Role
  • Lead a prepared Montessori environment that nurtures independence, curiosity, grace & courtesy, and concentration.
  • Present lessons across Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Math, and Cultural areas in alignment with Montessori pedagogy.
  • Observe, document, and differentiate to meet each child’s developmental needs.
  • Partner closely with classroom assistants; model positive, respectful communication.
  • Build strong relationships with families through clear, compassionate communication.
  • Uphold classroom routines, safety, and a calm, orderly environment.
What We’re Looking For
  • Montessori Certification (AMI/AMS/MACTE) required (Primary/3–6).
  • 2+ years of classroom and childcare experience (Primary Montessori experience strongly preferred).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; multilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
  • Deep respect for the child, culturally responsive practice, and strong classroom management.
  • Professionalism, reliability, and teamwork; excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to pass background checks and meet state employment requirements.
