Join the Primary Care team as a full‑time Clinical Nurse Educator to lead education initiatives that improve quality, safety, and patient experience.

As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will implement strategies that promote optimal learning and the effective translation of knowledge and skills into practice. You will facilitate staff development, engage primary‑care medical caregivers in lifelong learning activities, and operate in both the practice and learning environments. The role focuses on evidence‑based practice, critical thinking, and the integration of scientific knowledge into educational and clinical methods.

• Collect and analyze data from educational activities to determine learning needs.
• Identify issues and trends, and obtain and analyze data for individuals, organizations, and communities.
• Establish an education curriculum, programs, or plan outlining strategies to achieve educational and organizational outcomes.
• Implement the educational plan using teaching and learning principles.
• Influence the planning process, enhance the abilities of others, and effect change.
• Evaluate progress to attain outcomes.
• Support an infrastructure of care excellence.
• Participate in activities to support AAAHC accreditation.
• Maintain clinical competencies in primary care areas and participate in direct patient care.
• Establish ongoing clinical competency processes and oversee implementation.

• Systematically enhance the quality and effectiveness of care delivery in primary care.
• Maintain current knowledge and competency in nursing and professional development practice.
• Evaluate practice against professional standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Model professional behaviors, including involvement in professional organizations, academic institutions, and lifelong learning activities.
• Establish collegial partnerships to advance the development of peers, students, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with inter‑professional team members, leaders, and stakeholders to facilitate exceptional care.
• Integrate ethics and evidence into teaching, learning, and practice environments.
• Advocate for the protection, rights, and well‑being of individuals, families, and communities.
• Consider safety, effectiveness, and cost when planning professional development activities.
• Utilize skilled oral, written, and electronic communication to foster collegial relationships intra‑ and inter‑departmentally.
• Travel to multiple locations as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

• BSN required.
• Minimum six (6) months of experience.
• State of Florida or multi‑state RN license in good standing.
• National certification in Professional Development and/or Nursing Clinical Specialty preferred.
