Salary Range: $14.00 - $16.00 Hourly

Job SummaryThe Teacher Assistant-Floater supports students from PreK-12th grade. The Floater is not assigned to a specific classroom on a regular basis but is assigned based on the greatest need each day.

Qualifications Education and Training- G.E.D. or High School Diploma
- DCF 45-hour training within 90 days of hire if involved in after-care, summer, or camp programs
- CRP/First Aid Certification
- Prefer at least 1 year experience working with children in an elementary classroom setting
- Prefer experience working with students with disabilities
- Flexible and adaptable to different teaching and classroom styles
