We are a Premier Childcare & Preschool located in the new (O-Town West Retail Area at the Corner of Palm Parkway and Darryl Carter), next to Glasshouse Apartments and Lake Buena Vista High School, here in Orlando, at 7530 Redmond Drive, Orlando, FL 32836.

Our ideal candidate for this role will possess a compassionate attitude and a growth mindset, developing young minds and inspiring a love of learning. This is a Preschool/VPK position serving children ages 4 - 5 years.

• Partner with and learn from the teachers in your classroom to create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for children to learn, play, and grow
• Responsible for the care, health, and safety of children ages 4 - 5 years.
• Required to know about developmentally appropriate activities, lesson planning, and assessments
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with toddler children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Support your center’s success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

• High School Diploma/ GED required
• ECE Coursework/AA/BA Preferred
• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role
• DCF 45 hours required**
• State VPK courses required**
• National CDA or FL Staff Credential required if no Early Education Degree
• CPR/First Aid Preferred
• Able to lift at least 25 pounds/sit on the floor with children
• Must be able to work a Full-Time Schedule (5) days per week
• Bonus subject to completion of 90-day probationary period (Performance Review must reflect compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded)
