While we work with students across the country, our immediate openings are:

• Orange County Public Schools,  school year
• Orlando, FL 32811
• Various school sites
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Credentialed teacher is a plus

• Start January 20, 2026
• Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri
• 10:30AM-2:15PM

• 15 hours per week, with the possibility of 15+ hours per week within 30 days by working additional virtual hours as the needs arise.

• $22 per hour standard
• $23 per hour if bilingual (Spanish or other preferred language based on site request)
• $24 per hour if certificated tutor
• $25 per hour if credentialed teacher

• Support 2nd-5th grade students in ELA through pull‑out sessions (SIPPS and MTSS Background strongly encouraged).
• Provide small group tutoring sessions to students using the provided curriculum and learning technology.
• Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a conducive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.

• Can complete the fingerprinting process within 48 hours of an offer
• Are able to meet DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance requirements for this position
• You can provide 3 professional references
• You have a minimum of 60 units of college credits (2 years of college)
• You have at least one year of student‑related experience
• You are detail‑oriented and highly dependable
• You are an effective communicator
• You have reliable transportation
• You can provide a negative tuberculosis test within 2 weeks of being hired
• You love learning, teaching, and empowering others to soar
