Location: O-Town West / Lake Buena Vista, Orlando, FL

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights | No Weekends

Ages Served: 6 weeks – 6 years

Salary: $16.50-$19.00

We are hiring a Preschool Teacher (ages 3-4) for our center located in the heart of O-Town West / Lake Buena Vista
, serving children and families in a growing, vibrant community. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position ideal for candidates seeking a short, reliable commute and a stable, professional work environment.

Our location is convenient to Dr. Phillips, Windermere, Hunters Creek, Celebration, Horizon West, and Bay Lake

• Follow all Florida licensing rules, health and safety standards, and center policies
• Work collaboratively with leadership and classroom team members

• Previous experience working in a licensed preschool or early childhood setting
• CDA or Early Education Degree Preferred
• DCF 45 Hours required
• Knowledge of early childhood development and developmentally appropriate practices
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistency
• Must meet all Florida licensing requirements, including background screening and training
• Reliable transportation and ability to maintain a consistent schedule
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day

Due to the importance of reliability and consistency in early childhood education, this position is best suited for candidates who live within a reasonable commuting distance of O-Town West / Lake Buena Vista and are seeking long‑term stability.
