• Provide individualized and small-group instruction to support students’ academic growth and reading development.
• Implement effective reading strategies to improve literacy, comprehension, and fluency.
• Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Support students with exceptional learning needs through appropriate instructional accommodations and modifications.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional approaches as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to promote student achievement.
• Maintain a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment.

• Must possess a valid Florida Teaching Certificate or a Florida Statement of Eligibility.
• Experience in ESE, reading instruction, or differentiated instruction is preferred.
• Knowledge of effective literacy strategies and student-centered teaching practices.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to student success and academic excellence.
• Must be available to start during the current school year.
