Coordinate installation of wind turbine projects, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and project specifications. SGRE is based in Orlando, USA, but you can be deployed worldwide (EU and APAC). • Perform, supervise, train and ensure safety during all phases of Wind Turbine Installation.
• Prepare transition pieces, tools, equipment and components during loadout and installation, and perform closure of punch lists.
• Keep and maintain accurate logbooks, documentation and reports as required by company policy.
• Supervise and conduct training of new colleagues/3rd‑party employees, ensuring work follows defined workflow and instructions.
• Act as signaler in accordance with work instructions, checklists and lift plans.
• Lead small teams and keep training up to date per role profile.

• Hands‑on experience of all aspects of Wind Turbine Installation including Slinging, Signaling, Mechanical Completion, Retrofit & Snagging works. Low voltage electrical systems and isolation procedures knowledge, preferably a recognized qualification, a distinct advantage.
• High level of health and safety focus, experience working with safe systems of work. Ability to work as part of a team or independently, confidence to work at height and physical fitness to climb and perform physical work. Comfortable with adverse weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the USA, Europe, and APAC.
• Advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in your area, understanding of management approaches for work direction, motivation, and performance.
• Effective communication across organizational levels, cultures, advanced IT literacy.
