Sales Manager; Electrical Testing

We are supporting a NETA-accredited electrical testing and engineering services firm to find an Outside Sales Manager to lead business development across Florida, with a primary focus on selling electrical testing services, maintenance programs, and engineered solutions. You’ll work closely with internal technical teams, branch leadership, and the wider service network.

This is an ideal position for someone looking to transition out of the field and into a corporate sales position, supported by a stable & successful business.

Following a recent acquisition, they are scaling aggressively and investing heavily in sales, technical infrastructure, and regional leadership. This role is a critical hire to support that expansion. The role is ideal for someone with a technical background (e.g., electrical testing technician or electrical services specialist) who has transitioned into sales or is ready to take that step. Success is supported by a strong internal team, competitive pricing, and a robust backlog, making it one of the most supported outside sales environments in the industry.

Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $/yr

• Strong technical foundation in electrical services (ideally experience at a NETA company, as a testing technician, or in power systems services) or relevant sales experience.
• A brilliant communicator who has experience being client facing on project sites; sales experience preferred but not required – a relevant network/potential client base in Florida is required.
• Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts related to relays, breakers, switch gear, and electrical testing.
• Orlando based and able to work in‑office daily (remote flexibility available after proving performance through consistent PO activity).
• Excellent communication, customer‑facing skills, and ability to build relationships across industrial and utility clients.
• Self‑starter mentality with strong follow‑through and organizational skills.
