EnRetro Power Generation Services is seeking experienced Health & Safety Professionals to support planned power-generation outages throughout the United States. This is a field-focused role for professionals who can work effectively with craft personnel, supervisors, project leadership, and customer representatives in fast-paced outage environments.
Responsibilities may include conducting field safety observations, participating in pre-job briefs and daily turnover meetings, reviewing Job Hazard Analyses, monitoring LOTO/hazardous-energy controls, supporting confined-space and hot-work activities, observing crane/rigging and critical-lift work, identifying line-of-fire and dropped-object hazards, supporting incident and near-miss investigations, coaching employees, and escalating or stopping work when conditions are unsafe.
Strong candidates will have experience in power generation, industrial outages, turnarounds, maintenance, commissioning, contractor safety, or other high-hazard environments. Practical knowledge of LOTO, confined space, fall protection, Human Performance, electrical safety, crane/rigging, incident investigation, and contractor safety is highly desirable. Starting base pay is $48.00 per hour. Overtime and premium pay apply in accordance with assignment terms. Approved travel may include airfare, lodging, rental vehicle, mileage, fuel, parking, tolls, and applicable per diem.
