As a Project Engineer, you will learn the fundamentals of concrete construction on the job site and advance quickly through the company’s integration training program.

$65,000.00 / yr – $85,000.00 / yr

• Actively utilize your resources, including managers and mentors, to understand the project scope, schedule, safety, and quality plans.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and adjust based on feedback and performance.
• Manage the daily safety, quality, and execution of your work objectives.
• Learn through hands‑on performance with the teams during daily preparation and project execution.
• Adapt duties as skills and interests grow—including estimating, field engineering, forming, inspections, loadout, and tracking.
• Show a drive to excel; collaborative, action‑oriented, and ready to grow.
• Work flexible hours while maintaining reliable transportation to job sites.
• Maintain a safe work environment; may work at heights and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Job offer contingent upon a successful drug test.

• Legally authorized to work in the US at any employer without sponsorship.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) completed before start date.
