CPH is a multi‑disciplinary Engineering and Architecture firm that ranks in the nation’s Top 500 Design Firms by ENR Magazine. We are seeking a Civil Engineer (EIT or PE) to join our dynamic Retail Land Development team in Orlando, FL or Sanford, FL.

Location: Orlando, FL

Duties Include

• Assist in the development of project plans, including scope of work, timeframe, and budget.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Design and develop engineering solutions, including drafting and drawings.
• Conduct inspections and quality control to maintain high standards.
• Conduct research and analysis to support project design and development.
• Ensure design and engineering work complies with industry standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation and evaluation of proposals.
• Ensure projects comply with engineering standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
• Prepare and/or present progress reports, including updates on project status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience with site design projects.
• Hands‑on experience with Civil 3D.
• EIT Certification or PE License.
