Do you have what it takes?- Lead Management, not assistant, experience in BIM/VDC on large-scale vertical, civil and infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of civil and structural systems, with experience in transportation projects a plus
- Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and BIM 360/ACC
- Experience leading model coordination meetings with design consultants and trade partners
- Understanding of clash detection, 4D modeling, and model-based quantity extraction
- Ability to collaborate with scheduling and cost teams to integrate model data into project controls
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
- Managing the overall BIM execution plan from preconstruction through construction
- Leading model coordination across disciplines, resolving conflicts, and maintaining model integrity
- Hosting and facilitating BIM coordination meetings with project teams and stakeholders
- Integrating 3D models with scheduling (4D) and cost (5D) systems to support project planning
- Supporting constructability reviews, site logistics planning, and temporary works visualization
- Training and supporting project staff and subcontractors on BIM standards and workflows
- Working alongside schedulers and cost managers to improve project predictability and controls
- Assisting in the development and implementation of BIM standards and innovation across the company

CompensationBase salary in the $130K–$160K range depending on experience, plus annual performance bonus, full benefits, PTO, and growth potential. Relocation assistance available for the right candidate.
