Réalis is seeking a senior engineering professional to join our team in Orlando, FL
. The Senior Water Infrastructure Engineer will lead the design, drafting, and oversight of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, ensuring technical excellence and quality control across all phases.

• Perform project design, sketching concepts for junior engineers, CAD designers, or technicians.
• Plan and review the production of engineering drawings and specifications.
• Plan and review engineering investigations or planning work.
• Develop and evaluate plans and criteria for new projects, weighing alternatives and selecting the most cost‑effective solution.
• Analyze technical problems, assessing feasibility of proposed techniques and procedures, and devise new approaches and alternative solutions.
• Analyze project dimension and scope and prepare or oversee the preparation of cost and manpower estimates, schedules, and job budgets.
• Coordinate work with project manager and guide junior professionals and technical personnel on design and drafting of preliminary and final plans.
• Maintain quality control, ensuring all work produced meets quality standards and checking computations or reviewing designs and drawings performed by others.
• Occasionally manage projects.
• Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor from time to time.

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8+ years’ experience in water / wastewater pipeline projects.
• Project experience in the following areas:
  • Stormwater management.
  • Water systems.
  • Sanitary sewer systems.
  • Experience with large diameter (greater than 60‑inches) pipelines is preferred.
  • Preparation of technical proposals.
  • Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Expected compensation range is between $105,000 - $135,000 annually OR $20.00 - $30.00 hourly, depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
