Description
You will be the System Integration, Test, and Evaluation (IT&E) Engineer to support a program's system integration and system qualification initiatives in Orlando, FL. Our team is responsible for executing sub-system and system level integration and tests for new and existing products.
What You Will Be Doing- Generating and executing sub-system and system level integration and test plans/procedures
- Supporting the preparation of test equipment and facilities required for test events
- Supporting Design Verification Tests (DVT) and Qualification tests, including Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), and Functional Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) for new hardware
- Support Failure investigations and resolution of hardware, software and test equipment anomalies that have occurred during system and subsystem testing
- Provide engineering evaluations of redesigns or upgrades to the existing missile
- This position requires the ability to travel domestically to support program test events and meetings.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZENThis position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. A Final Secret Clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Integration and Test (I&T)
- Strong understanding of test planning, test execution, and test analysis principles
- Experience with test fixture design, test procedure development, and test script creation
- Interim Secret Clearance required to start
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in I&T, with a focus on environmental testing and Design DVT
- Experience with HALT testing and production, latent manufacturing defect testing
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as MIL-STD-810 and DO-160
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools, such as LabVIEW or Test Stand
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as MATLAB or Python
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex test data and provide recommendations for product design improvements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail, with ability to ensure accurate and reliable test results
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
