A Test and Integration Engineer develops, executes, and maintains test plans for complex hardware and software systems to ensure they function correctly when components are combined. Responsibilities include creating test cases, designing and building test fixtures, troubleshooting integration issues, analyzing test results, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as hardware, software, and manufacturing to resolve problems and verify performance.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- Strong understanding of test planning, test execution, and test analysis principles
- Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Experience with test fixture design, test procedure development, and test script creation
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as MIL-STD-810 and DO-160
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools, such as LabVIEW or Test Stand
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as MATLAB or Python
- Be responsible for working in the laboratory onsite.
- Generate and execute sub‑system and system level test plans/procedures.
- Support the preparation of test equipment and facilities required for test events.
- Support Design Verification Tests (DVT) and Qualification tests, including Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), and Functional Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) for new hardware.
- Support failure investigations and resolution of hardware, software and test equipment anomalies that have occurred during system and subsystem testing.
- Provide engineering evaluations of redesigns or upgrades to existing systems.
- Travel to support program test events and meetings.

Orlando, FL $80,000.00-$ Annually
