Job Title: Project Manager - Steel Fabrication

Salary: $80,000 - $140,000 + Performance Bonus + Full Benefits

Our client is a leading AISC-certified steel fabricator in structural steel for complex commercial and industrial projects. The role is based in Florida and focuses on delivering high-value projects, including warehouses, manufacturing plants, and large-scale developments.

• End-to-end project leadership, from estimation and planning through to execution and final delivery.
• Managing key relationships with GCs, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives.
• Overseeing fabrication schedules, budgets, and site logistics with a core focus on safety (OSHA) and quality (AWS).
• Collaborating with engineering and field teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure seamless operations.
• Utilizing tools like Tekla, Bluebeam, or AutoCAD to drive process optimization.

• You have 2+ years of Project Management experience within structural steel fabrication or heavy construction.
• You possess a proven track record of successfully delivering commercial or industrial projects (
  experience with $2M+ value is preferred
  ).
• You have a strong technical grasp of fabrication processes, shop drawings, and erection sequencing.
• A degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred, and certifications like OSHA 30 are a significant plus.
• You are a natural leader, communicator, and problem-solver.
