A respected engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to help drive growth within its Water & Wastewater Transmission practice. This role offers the autonomy to shape a growing Central Florida team while collaborating with a strong regional network delivering some of the most significant water and utilities projects in the state.

• Lead design and delivery of treatment, transmission, and utilities projects across Central and Northeast Florida.
• Act as a seller-doer, building new client relationships and strengthening existing partnerships.
• Serve as a senior advisor providing technical oversight and quality assurance on high‑impact projects.
• Supervise and mentor engineers, technicians, and design staff.
• Help guide business development strategy and represent the firm through industry associations, client events, and professional forums.

• 20+ years of experience in water/wastewater, transmission, or utilities design and delivery.
• A Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Florida.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and a track record of successful client‑facing delivery.
• Strong understanding of municipal and utility infrastructure throughout Central Florida.
• Passion for technical excellence, mentoring, and long‑term relationship building.
