• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans for complex hardware and software systems.
• Generate and execute sub‑system and system level test plans and procedures.
• Support design verification and qualification tests, including environmental stress screening (ESS), electromagnetic interference (EMI), and functional acceptance test procedures (ATP).
• Investigate failures and resolve anomalous hardware, software, and test equipment issues during system and subsystem testing.
• Provide engineering evaluations of redesigns or upgrades to existing systems.
• Travel to support program test events and meetings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of test planning, execution, and analysis principles.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance.

• Experience with test fixture design, test procedure development, and test script creation.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as MIL‑STD‑810 and DO‑160.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools, such as LabVIEW or Test Stand.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as MATLAB or Python.
