Systems Integration/Test Engineer Sr - Orlando FL

Join Lockheed Martin as a Systems Integration, Test, and Evaluation (IT&E) Engineer to support a program's system integration and system qualification initiatives in Orlando, FL. You will be responsible for executing sub‑system and system level integration and tests for new and existing products.

• Generating and executing sub‑system and system level integration and test plans/procedures
• Supporting the preparation of test equipment and facilities required for test events
• Supporting Design Verification Tests (DVT) and Qualification tests, including Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), and Functional Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) for new hardware
• Supporting failure investigations and resolution of hardware, software and test equipment anomalies that have occurred during system and subsystem testing
• Providing engineering evaluations of redesigns or upgrades to the existing missile
• Traveling domestically to support program test events and meetings (up to 10% of time)

This position is in Orlando. Must be a U.S. citizen and must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. A Final Secret Clearance is required to start.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in I&T, with a focus on environmental testing and Design DVT
• Experience with HALT testing and production, latent manufacturing defect testing
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (MIL‑STD‑810, MIL‑STD‑461, DO‑160)
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools (LabVIEW, Test Stand)
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (MATLAB, Python)
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong problem‑solving skills, including analysis of complex test data and recommendations for product design improvements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate and reliable test results
• Experience with design assurance reviews related to verification methods and planning
• Experience preparing for Test Readiness and Flight Readiness Reviews
