We are seeking an Entry Level Structural Engineer based in the Orlando, Florida office. This position is expected to begin as soon as possible.

Architecture and Planning, Civil Engineering, and Construction

• Work under the supervision and direct responsible charge of senior-level Structural Engineers.
• Perform engineering-related structural design using both hand and computer calculations.
• Develop technical specifications, plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Verify compliance with applicable codes and engineering standards/practices.
• Coordinate with other in-house engineering disciplines as needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.

• Relevant job experience, work, internship, or co‑op is a plus.
• EIT/FE Certification or ability to obtain before the start date.
• Experience or education in reinforced concrete design.
• Experience with Revit, BIM
  360, Navisworks, etc.
• Ability to work with a diverse team located in the Massachusetts Design Center.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A highly motivated self‑starter.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work.
• Ability to multi‑task and be flexible, along with the ability to adapt to project deadlines.
• Ability to apply passion and enthusiasm for design in a collaborative and progressive team‑oriented work environment.

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 per year.
