Senior Mechanical Engineer PE – Healthcare Projects – Hybrid
Salary: $130,000–$155,000 per year (Total Compensation $140,000–$165,000)

- Lead mechanical design efforts for complex building systems, primarily in healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Develop HVAC designs from concept through construction completion.
- Coordinate HVAC design requirements with architecture, structure, and other disciplines.
- Prepare engineering design calculations, mechanical system layouts, detailed reports, and narratives.
- Maintain direct client contact, fostering relationships and supporting business development.
- Assist in RFP process and interview process to support business development initiatives.
- Actively engage in community and/or industry-specific organizations.
- PE License preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited college or university.
- 8–10+ years of experience with an MEP or engineering consulting firm on complex projects.
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Proven project experience in healthcare projects (hospitals, labs, etc.).
- Experience with direct client contact and fostering relationships.
- Security clearance preferred but not required.
- Experience and interest in sustainable building design.
- LEED AP or LEED GA with prior participation in LEED or other green rating system processes.
- Appreciation and understanding of architectural design processes.
