A leading defense contractor is seeking a highly skilled Real-Time Embedded Software Engineer to support mission‑critical programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in C/C++ development for Linux‑based real‑time operating systems on multi‑core processors, along with a strong background in embedded systems integration.

This role offers the opportunity to work on advanced technologies in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite full‑time and contributing to high‑impact engineering efforts.

• Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance
• 5+ years of C/C++ embedded real‑time object‑oriented development with Linux on multi‑core processors
• 5+ years of hands‑on software/firmware/hardware development and integration experience
• 3+ years of experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) using Git‑lab and Bit‑bucket.

This is a Contract position based out of Orlando, FL, and is a fully onsite role.

The pay range for this position is $71.59 – $71.59/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
