Senior-level network engineer providing top-tier support for global SDA fabric environments managed through Cisco DNA/Catalyst Center. Responsible for resolving Tier-3 escalations, ensuring production readiness for new network devices and sites, and partnering with engineering and architecture teams. Requires expert knowledge of Cisco routing/switching (IOS-XE, Catalyst platforms), SDA/DNAC, packet analysis, and network monitoring tools. Acts as a technical mentor, supports major incidents, and drives operational stability and continuous improvement.
10+ years of experience preferred.
