OverviewThis position is looking for a mid‑level designer that has had experience working in Duke‑Florida. Someone who is confident in both underground and overhead design. Works well within a team environment and is able to maintain good quality work.
It requires an understanding of the Duke standards and the ability to apply basic electrical application. An understanding of storm hardening and sub‑optimization grid work is needed.
ResponsibilitiesNeeds 1‑2 years of experience in Underground design.
Needs 2‑3 years experience in Overhead design.
BOUD experience preferred but not required.
Maximo experience preferred but not required.
Poleforman experience preferred but not required.
SEDS experience preferred but not required.
Cable Pulling Assistant (CPA) experience is preferred but not required.

CompensationIn accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
