• System Integration and Test (I&T) assignments:
  Verify that integrated HW can achieve the overall physical, functional and performance objectives.
• Verify that HW are compliant to associated requirement documentation.
• Interface with customer and program key stakeholders to assure that the HW is properly validated before sending it to the field.
• Ability to coordinate with personnel from different functional areas the needed resources for successful completion of testing.
• Production line subsystem and full missile integration and test planning
• Test and qualification planning activities
• Conducting reviews (VMR, VPR, TRRs, etc.)
• Subsystem design verification testing
• Lab testing

• Bachelor s degree from an accredited college in a STEM-related field with 5 years of professional experience or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master s degree. Considered career or journey level.
• Candidate has 2-4 years Electrical Troubleshooting experience.
• Candidate has 2-4 years Testing experience
• Candidate has 1-2 years Validation experience
• Candidate has 2-4 years Electrical Testing experience
• Candidate has 1-2 years User Acceptance Testing experience
• The candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, be capable of working virtually with distributed teams, and be able to work across multiple IPTs.

• Candidate has 1-2 years Writing proposals and reports
