Position Overview

ARC Private Provider Services is seeking experienced, certified inspectors to join our growing team in Central Florida. In this role, you will inspect residential and commercial structures to ensure compliance with applicable codes and ordinances.

This is a Statutory position, paid for by inspection, offering flexibility and competitive compensation. (Rate per inspection ~75-100 commensurate with experience)

Orlando, FL and surrounding Orange County areas:
Lake Osceola, Seminole, Kissimmee

What You’ll Bring

Required:

  • Active BIN# (Building Inspector Number) issued by the State of Florida.
  • Certification and experience in at least one of the following trades:
    Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing
  • OR
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Structural Engineering or MEP Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) AND a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of applicable codes (Florida Building Code, NFPA-70, Plumbing/Mechanical Codes).
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the designated counties.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Preferred:
  • Multi-trade certifications.
  • Experience with private provider inspections.
  • Familiarity with permit databases and digital reporting tools.
