This is a hybrid role combining sales, channel development, and technical support
. The role focuses on developing and supporting dealer partners while providing hands‑on product demos, troubleshooting, and basic field service.
Experience in line marking, sports turf, robotics, or related automation industries is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, technically capable, and patient in solving real‑world problems.

• Develop, onboard, and support dealers and distributors

• Serve as a sales and technical liaison between partners and the company.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training, and on‑site support
  .
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and basic repairs of robotic equipment.
• Support product installation, setup, and daily operation in the field.
• Identify issues, analyze root causes, and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide field feedback to internal sales and technical teams.

• Ability to balance sales responsibilities with hands‑on technical support

• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working directly with dealers and customers.
• Clear communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Background in line marking, sports fields, turf management, robotics, or automation equipment is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel for demos, dealer support, and field service.
