Civil Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to support a land development team working on residential, commercial, industrial, and resort‑style site development projects. This role focuses on utility system design (water, sanitary sewer, stormwater), grading, and drainage design. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is not required for this position.

• Assist with the design of water, sanitary sewer, stormwater, and other utility systems.
• Perform grading and drainage design across various land development projects.
• Utilize ICPR 4 and related tools to support hydrologic and hydraulic modeling.
• Contribute to site development plans for residential, commercial, industrial, and resort projects.
• Provide direction and support to design staff.
• Coordinate with local agencies and stakeholders as needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules and deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, consultants, and team members.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and project documentation as required.

• BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience in civil design.
• 2+ years of civil engineering and land development design experience.
• Experience with grading, drainage design, and ICPR 4.
• PE license not required.
• AutoCAD experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships effectively.
