Job Description We are seeking to hire a GPS IPT Lead who will be responsible for driving current and future integration of the GPS subsystem in a family of missiles. This subsystem includes the receiver, antenna, software, and associated developmental test equipment. This position reports to the Development Program Chief Engineer and provides day‑to‑day interface with PMs, suppliers, and other IPT leads.
Required technical experience includes multi‑element antenna and advanced algorithms. As the lead of an Integrated Product Team, this role will also require multi‑disciplinary technical leadership, supplier management, cost control, risk management, and schedule development. For purchased items, requirements definition, design oversight, and test execution oversight for the supplier is required.

BasicQualifications
- Post secondary STEM degree and 8 years of relevant experience
- Secret Security Clearance w/ investigation within 5 years and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
- Experience with GPS cryptographic keys and M‑code integration
- MATLAB & Python experience
- Previous experience with GPS subsystems, multi‑element antennas, and RF applications
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- Experience with supplier management and cost control
