• Develop and review quality standards, processes, methods, work instructions, and procedures for manufactured and procured products.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement and meet quality standards.
• Evaluate designs for producibility and smooth production flow.
• Identify, trend, and resolve non‑conformances in a timely manner.
• Utilize lean initiatives to reduce waste and drive affordability and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing with AS9100 certification.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Previous Development Hardware Quality Engineering experience.
• Travel 25%–50% of time.

• Government stakeholders experience.
• MRA/Readiness Reviews experience.
• AS9100 and ISO 9001 knowledge.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer or similar.
