You will be the Platform Integration and Test Program Manager for the Air Dominance team. Our team is responsible for delivering cutting-edge missile and fire-control solutions that enable air superiority. What You Will Be Doing As the Platform Integration and Test Program Manager you will be responsible for leading platform integration and test activities that deliver mission-critical capabilities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Manage cost, technical, and schedule performance of integration and system-level test efforts.
* Oversee day-to-day platform integration and test activities to meet program objectives.
* Identify barriers and risks to test execution and develop mitigation plans.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Technical background with 8+ years experience in an applicable engineering discipline (systems engineering, integration and test, or similar)
• Leadership of cross-functional team with scope > $10M, with responsibility for test planning and execution, schedule and cost performance
• Experience leading subordinate leaders and developing talent (i.e. IPT leads)
• Experience in risk identification and management
• Strong problem solving skills;
Quick learner
• Proven ability to work multiple, high-priority tasks in parallel with minimal direction
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and formal presentation skills, including the ability to interface at all levels and across multiple functions and customer sets.
• Experience establishing strong customer relationships
• Experience working with suppliers and subcontract management
• Familiarity working in classified environments
• Active Secret security clearance with an investigation within 5 years and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance as well as a Special Access Program clearance.
Desired
Skills:
• Prior program management experience
• Experience with missile systems integration on aircraft platforms and execution of system level testing on those platforms
• Experience with working with different entities within the business (e.g. across business areas)
• Experience with Development Programs
• Experience with Earned Value Management
• Knowledge of program and financial measurements (orders, sales, EBIT and cash)
• Knowledge of DoD contract types (CPFF, FFP, CPIF, etc.)
• Demonstrated track record of delivering results in fluid or ambiguous situations
