As a Project Manager, you will help drive capital and improvement initiatives that support manufacturing operations and automation-focused environments. This is a hands-on project leadership role with broad exposure across planning, execution, coordination, and delivery, working closely with senior project managers and key stakeholders to keep multiple initiatives moving forward successfully.
Responsibilities- Support the planning and execution of multiple concurrent projects focused on manufacturing equipment, automation, facility improvements, and capital investments.
- Manage contractors, budgets, schedules, and overall project performance across active projects.
- Work closely with senior project managers and key stakeholders to coordinate execution and maintain project momentum.
- 3-8 years of project management experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, contractor and vendor coordination, and contractor performance.
- Experience in mechanical, construction, or manufacturing projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with formal project scheduling and tracking.
- Experience providing project updates to senior project managers.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Available for weekend work, plant shutdown support, and off-hours coordination.
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Click Up, or Asana is a plus.
- Experience with QA processes and change control in project execution is a plus.
- Experience with 2D CAD software such as AutoCAD or Draft Sight is a plus.
- PMP certification preferred.
