We are seeking an RF Engineer, for the planning and completion of the product baseline development, integration, and verification efforts, as well as the planning and execution of current and future changes. The candidate will work extensively with suppliers to develop and execute qualification testing schemes and provide requirement verification artifacts. The candidate will need to closely collaborate with internal LM stakeholders as well as U.S

Government representatives to ensure all requirements are met.

What You Will Be Doing
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field
• Active Secret Security Clearance with a current 5-year investigation
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions to technical challenges
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Executing RF test activities to include the generation of test plans and reports
• RF requirements analyses, and trade study execution
• Completion of Technical Data Package through preparation of Specifications, Interface Control Documents, Test Requirements, and Software Requirements
• Completion of Statements of Work and interfacing with subcontractors
• Managing subcontractors from task completion to delivery of a product that meets requirements within the required timeline and budget
• Oversee the build and assembly of hardware and test fixtures
• Analysis of test data to include signal post-processing, visualization, and comparison with modeled data
** Architects and designs Radio Frequency systems. Responsible for system evaluation, prototype construction, and test. Prepares test methods and specifications; analyzes and tests RF hardware to verify performance characteristics. Provides inputs to Product Development for formal documentation and supports manufacturing during the deliverable assembly and test phase. In addition, develops RF System Architectures consisting of: antennas, transmitters, receivers, low noise amplifiers, high power amplifiers, RF conversion elements and transmission line equipment.

Performs link analysis and optimization, including effects of propagation medium and possible interference sources. Develops and allocates RF system and subsystem functional and performance requirements. Identifies and tracks RF technical performance measurements (TPMs). Performs RF system/subsystem/component trade studies and CAIV analysis. Supports Life Cycle Costs, reliability, availability, and maintainability analysis.
