We are growing and seeking to hire a Systems & Integration Test Engineering Manager for our Orlando, FL site. What You Will Be Doing As the Test Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of test engineers and overseeing the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems, and/or systems. You will also be responsible for managing the development of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a team of test engineers, including recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, and career development

Partnering with Operations and the Factories to ensure test equipment adequately supports the program

Direct the execution of Test Equipment Design, Integration, Verfication, and Validation Drive test equipment yield improvements

Develop Basis of Estimates (BOE) and support proposal activity

Manages the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversees the synthesis of customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Directs the following activities: establishing functional and technical specifications and standards, solving hardware/software interface problems, defining input/output parameters, and ensuring integration of the entire system or subsystem.

Manages the development and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.

Basic Qualifications Bachelors of Science Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) or equivalent professional experience2+ years experience as a Manager, Associate Manager, Technical Lead, or Lead Engineer5 years minimum experience working in Test Engineering Active Secret Clearance required to be considered. Experience supporting test equipment in a production environment Desired Skills Experienced LabVIEW Developer or Architect Experience designing ATE and Interface Test Adapters (ITAs) utilizing mass interconnects (Virgina Panel Corp (VPC), MAC Panel)
Familiarity with NI PXI Products

Experience with version control (Git) or structured software development practice

Experience with Agentic Coding for ATEPay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00
