Position Overview
  • Arrivals Ambassadors will provide excellent guest service by warmly welcoming guests and ensuring Memoir quality standards are met.
  • Greet guests as they enter the event and serve as a last point of contact as they leave.
  • Oversee all‑inclusive guest check‑in and facilitate a smooth and efficient process.
  • Monitor attendees for signs of disruptive behavior (e.g., excessive intoxication or environmental hazards) and report concerns to management as necessary.
  • Answer a variety of guest questions and be knowledgeable about all event areas to provide accurate, up‑to‑date information.
  • Perform daily opening and closing procedures relevant to your area.
  • Report to the Event Manager.
Requirements
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as standing and walking for long periods.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to allow differently‑abled individuals to perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Must be prompt and able to work all scheduled shifts.
  • Reliable communication and transportation.
  • Provide own attire with approval; black pants and shirts are recommended, closed‑toed shoes required.
  • Willingness and ability to step into other event site roles after appropriate training (e.g., ticket scanning, parking, general event staffing).
The Ideal Candidate
  • Strong customer service experience, excellent problem‑solving skills, and acute attention to detail.
  • Prior experience with mobile ticketing platforms.
  • Enjoys interacting with guests and working behind the scenes.
  • Ability to take initiative and be reliable.
  • Presentable demeanor and attitude.
  • Availability for five days per week.
Dates and Pay

Dates:
November 28, 2025 – January 3, 2026 (including holidays). Pay:
Starting at $18/hr event staff can expect about 25 hours per week. Payments will be made weekly.
