We’re looking for a highly motivated self‑starter who loves dance music and excels at elevated customer service. You should embody a passion for dance culture and a love of the event operations space.

Insomniac produces innovative, immersive music festivals and events worldwide. Our flagship Electric Daisy Carnival (Las Vegas) is the largest multi‑day music festival in North America. With over 400 events since 1993, we continue to push the boundaries of sound, lighting, and interactive experience.

The Insomniac Passport Team Member will engage program members at various festival activations—arts & crafts, food & beverage stations, interactive games, and charitable giveaways. You’ll adapt to a dynamic set of tasks, ensuring a clean, organized workspace and communicating enthusiastically about the Passport program.

• Communicate the Insomniac Passport program’s offerings enthusiastically and informatively.
• Use a laptop to cross‑reference spreadsheets and check‑in members on‑site.
• Maintain knowledge of festival details (hours, stage names, artist lineup, med tents, ATMs, water stations).
• Assist in the set‑up and strike of the Passport area while keeping the workspace tidy.
• Stay creative and flexible to engage headliners and all activations.

• Large‑scale event experience with over 5,000 attendees.
• Proactive, creative thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work long hours, weekends, and travel as needed.
• Personable, enthusiastic, and able to work well in a team environment.

• Must tolerate loud noise and busy surroundings.
• May work in extreme temperatures.
• Must travel frequently to events during holidays, evenings, and weekends.
