Insomniac - EDC Orlando 2025 Seasonal Production Assistant at Insomniac Events

Do you enjoy dance music and excel at production assistant tasks? We are looking for a highly motivated self‑starter with a passion for dance culture and a love of the live event space.

Insomniac produces large‑scale music festivals and events worldwide. The role supports the Back of House Department and reports to the Back of House Manager. This is not a remote position.

• Assist the Project Manager in developing, organizing and executing festival area operations.
• Contribute to compiling advance documents for multiple festival areas.
• Act as a Vendor Liaison for all related production areas.
• Communicate production needs concisely and effectively to all contributing teams.
• Support document organization for all aspects of advancing, set‑up documents, and vendor correspondence.
• Assist in organizing advance documents for the executive producer branch.
• Facilitate advance credential materials for all related vendors and staff.

• Excellent proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptive in fast‑paced environments.
• Experience in event planning, management and coordination.
• Skilled in communicating with multiple vendors and advancing event production needs.
• High ability to balance multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Motivated with an “Everything is possible” attitude.
• Active problem solver with a sense of urgency.
• Physically able to stand or walk continuously, bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• May walk on slippery or uneven surfaces occasionally.

• Must tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments.
• May work in drastic temperature climates.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as required.
