Pay Range: $46,278.04 - $54,444.75/YR + commission (Based on experience and qualifications)
You play a critical role in connecting client expectations with operational execution. Your ability to manage logistics, communicate effectively, and solve problems in real time helps create successful events while building long-term client relationships.

What You'll DoSupport Event Planning and Client Success- Respond to client inquiries and gather information regarding event requirements, budgets, schedules, venues, and equipment needs.
- Explain rental policies, labor requirements, insurance, billing processes, deposits, and logistics.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and respond to event changes throughout the planning process.
- Coordinate proposal development and review activities.
- Prepare and deliver formal client proposals that align with event requirements and business objectives.
- Assist with contract execution and event documentation.
- Work closely with equipment and logistics teams to confirm resource availability.
- Identify solutions when requested equipment is unavailable, including substitutions and cross-rental options.
- Review event equipment packages prior to shipment to verify readiness and completeness.
- Oversee event logistics from installation through event completion.
- Coordinate schedule adjustments and support onsite changes involving equipment and labor requirements.
- Conduct venue visits as needed to verify event requirements and logistical needs.
- Manage deposit and commitment requirements associated with booked events.
- Review contract documentation and support invoice generation processes.
- Help ensure collection activities align with established contractual agreements.
- Prepare documentation related to actual event execution, including equipment and labor details for billing.
- Follow up with clients to evaluate satisfaction and help resolve outstanding concerns.
- Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three years of experience developing technical proposals for corporate meetings, trade shows, hospitality events, or a related industry.
- Strong business acumen and customer-service mindset.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
