Insomniac, part of Live Nation Entertainment, seeks a Box Office Attendant to deliver high-level ticketing support at the box office and assist with ticket resolution at the gate. Responsibilities include training on the Front Gate system, verifying will call orders, handling gate scans, and processing cash/credit transactions with professionalism in a loud, dynamic event environment.
Candidates should have sales/customer service experience, comfort with computers, and a valid driver’s license;
