Job Description

The Private Wealth Management Advisor develops and maintains a portfolio of client relationships within defined affluent and high net worth market segments, using unbiased, consultative advisory approaches and sound personal financial planning and financial advisory concepts.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to provide wealth products and services including financial planning, asset management, personal trust and estate planning, insurance and risk management, consumer and mortgage credit, and general banking services.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify relationship growth and asset retention opportunities.
  • Acquire new clients and expand services to existing clients to meet revenue growth, profitability, and retention goals.
  • Provide guidance for development and ongoing maintenance of client needs while developing relationship management and product knowledge skills.
  • Conduct ongoing discovery to assess a client's financial situation and manage all pre-call and post-call meetings; manage Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines, call reporting, book of business, risk and compliance needs, and utilize tools to enhance performance.

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. It is incentive eligible. Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) is required. See (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for more information.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, accounting or related field
  • Three (3) years of financial services industry experience in commercial banking, consumer banking, trust investment, wealth management, or related
  • Trilingual (Portuguese, Spanish, English)

  • Proven sales experience and relationship management skills
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong initiative and follow-through on client requests
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Will service a book of mostly international clients
  • Demonstrates high level of client service, resourcefulness and team collaboration

Pay ranges are provided as a market reference. Factors affecting pay include experience, skills, knowledge, contributions, location, and performance. The target, median, and incentive details are provided below as a guide and may vary by individual.

  • Job Range Target: $71,443.35 USD
  • Median: $ USD
  • Incentive Pay Plans:
    Eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan based on performance against defined metrics and goals
