About Us:
My client is a well-regarded CPA and Advisory firm based in Florida, with a strong focus on forensic accounting, litigation support, and business valuation. The firm works closely with attorneys, business owners, and financial professionals during key moments such as exits, disputes, transactions, and strategic planning. They're now looking to strengthen their Forensic & Advisory group with a senior valuation leader.

Role Overview :
This is a senior leadership role within the valuation practice. As Managing Director, you'll lead engagements, mentor junior staff, and play a key role in growing both the team and the client base. You'll need to be confident working directly with clients, managing complex valuation assignments, and contributing to the strategic growth of the practice. Experience building a valuation book of business is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute business valuation engagements for M&A, shareholder disputes, estate planning, and litigation support.
• Provide expert testimony and defensible valuation reports that stand up to scrutiny.
• Collaborate with attorneys, business owners, and advisors to frame valuation issues strategically.
• Mentor and develop junior valuation professionals.
• Contribute to thought leadership and business development in the valuation space.

Qualifications:

• CPA/ABV, CVA, MBA or equivalent credentials.
• 10+ years of experience in business valuation, financial advisory, or litigation support.
• Proven track record of managing complex valuation projects and delivering high-impact insights.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience as a testifying expert is a plus.
• Revenue Generation - $500k+
