• Proven track record of working hand‑in‑hand with operations, sales, and other business units to translate financial data into actionable strategies that improve execution and profitability. Job‑costing and construction services a plus, or complex multi‑entity revenue recognition.
• Expertise in forward‑looking financial modeling, scenario planning, and forecasting to support executive decision‑making in dynamic and uncertain environments.
• Experience with syndicated credit facilities, sub debt, and minority equity partners.
• Ability to lead through complexity and transformation, including scaling finance organizations, integrating acquisitions, or modernizing systems and processes.
• Experience preparing and delivering insights to Boards, investors, and external stakeholders, with the credibility to build trust and confidence at all levels.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to balance detail‑oriented analysis with big‑picture thinking.

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5–7 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience in FP&A, accounting, treasury, and strategic finance.
• Track record of operational partnership with cross‑functional leaders (Operations, Sales, HR, etc.) to drive business results.
• Hands‑on leadership of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasting cycles, and long‑range financial planning.
