What to expect as a Regional Branch Manager

As a Regional Branch Manager, you’ll lead multiple retail branches to deliver exceptional performance and growth. This high‑impact leadership role will drive deposits, achieve lending goals, and elevate branch operations across Central Florida. Based in our Downtown Orlando office, you’ll serve as acting Branch Manager while overseeing Mount Dora, Winter Park, and St. Petersburg branches—visiting each location at least twice per month. Your mission: increase branch performance, expand our presence, and exceed KPIs through strategic leadership and community engagement.
