Financial Advisor – Build Your Practice with Coastal Wealth

Location: South Florida

Job Type: Full-time | Remote/Hybrid Flexibility

Compensation: Commission based

Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekends)

Ideal Qualifications

• Active Florida 2-15 Life & Health License (or ability to obtain)
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 preferred (sponsorship available)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a relationship-first mindset
• Prior success in sales, teaching, real estate, healthcare, or client service is a plus
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to build your own business

Responsibilities

• Engage new prospects through firm-generated leads, referrals, and community networking
• Help individuals and business owners create personalized financial plans
• Guide clients through investment, insurance, and retirement strategies
• Continue your development through training, mentorship, and joint appointments
• $70,000–$100,000
