Float Personal Banker Associate – Midwest Orlando Region

Join Fifth Third Bank as a Retail Personal Banker I after completing a 4‑8 week onboarding and education program that includes rotations in operations, Sales & Service, and a final certification. The role focuses on using consultative sales to identify and meet the financial needs of customers or prospects, while processing teller transactions and supporting platform staff.

• Conduct consultative financial needs assessments to build thorough customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small‑business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Use CAMP and other mobile tools to proactively reach customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Cross‑sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities (e.g., membership presentations, community financial literacy events).
• Collaborate closely with assigned business partners (mortgage, small business, commercial) to refer customers for holistic financial solutions.
• Consistently meet or exceed customer experience and production goals, contributing to year‑over‑year revenue growth for the Financial Center.
• Guide CSRs on the sales and referral process.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor, and maintain confidentiality.
• Adhere to the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and all related policies while opening/servicing the full range of retail products.
• Participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes, handling loans from application through closing.
• Support the opening/closing process of the Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed by the manager.

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred experience in the financial industry.
• Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new households and/or cross‑sell to established customers.
• Proficiency with advanced math functions for credit and financial analysis.
• Professional appearance and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Good judgment and knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
• Required S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment (NMLS).
